Return & Refund FAQ
Return if it is damaged
For local mail/ courier shipping/ Self-pickup at pickup spots or warehouse, return is available only for product(s) found as damages (Eg: broken zipper). Damaged product(s) could be sent back to the following address (Address: Unit8, 7/F, Prosperity Place, 6 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon) by SF Express with tracking code ONLY. Postage has to be paid by shipper (Postage requires to be paid by CHRISTINE will not be accepted). Damaged product(s) require 5-6 working days for repairing and the fixed product(s) will be shipped by courier again by carriage forward (courier shipping/ self-pickup at pickup spots) or local mail (after postage is confirmed) or pickup at warehouse.
Refund if it does not fit me
Refund is only available for products that are out of stock while deposit is completed. Message will be notified by pre-sale staff and deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. Refund for size or color problem is not available. Different size/color is required for another new order.
Size/ color Problem
We do not accept refund or return for size/ color problem. Color might slightly different due to the differences of monitors. Described color is categorized by color fafmily, instead of detailed color description. Measurement might vary slightly (1-4 cm) with different measuring methods.

Reminders
Please be reminded that all products will only be kept for 30 days starting from the notification email/ message sent. If there is no further details about delivery, order(s) will be cancelled automatically and deposit will not be returned. Please be also reminded that all confirmed refund will only be kept for 30 days starting from the confimation email/ message sent. For refund through bank transfer, refund will be cancelled automatically after 30 days if there is no further details about bank account number. No reminders will be provided within 30 days.

Failed delivery
The reasons may include incorrect address provided, recipient absent, or unclaimed merchandise. For all these, the courier company will first contact the reciever. If parcel is successfully delivered but you still did not receieve it, you may ask for help from family members, neighbors and security personnel. We have experienced cases that postmen who put parcels in front of the doorstep if recipient is absent, or hand it over to the building guard. Some postmen may put the parcel upon your mailbox without any notification, and some postmen may put a notification card into your mailbox for notifying you to pick up at post office nearby. You may also refer to the delivery party directly by phone calls. Failed delivery is not common to parcels with tracking code, and as always, registered mail is recommended for local mail. If the parcel return to CHRISTINE, CHRISTINE will notify the customer by whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email and arrange re-delivery. Related to Hong Kong's re-delivery parcel, we will charge HKD $40 for shipping and administration, and HKD $80 will be charged for non-Hong Kong's re-delivery.
Delivered proof
For registered mail, courier and self-pickup, we will provide customers with AWB and tracking code. Shipping date is written on the AWB and parcels can also be tracked by tracking code. For local mail, stamp labels will be used in evey parcel. We will provide customers with photo of parcel and receipt of each stamp label. Stamp label is the replacement of traditional stamp. It is a label with numbers, words and barcode, and ONLY printed by the post office staff instantaneously. Stamp label can ONLY be sticked by the post office staff right after measuring weight and paying postage, which means that sender (CHRISTINE) is UNABLE to take back parcel from staff after postage is paid. Parcels will be put into the collecting point behind the post office staff seats right after stamp label is stick on, which means that sender (CHRISTINE) is unable to take back the parcel from staff after stamp label is stick on. Although tracking is not available for local mail without registered service, stamp label is a valid proof of delivered item from CHRISTINE.
Tariffs on goods for delivery to countries outside Hong Kong
Delivery to countries outside Hong Kong related merchandise, users need to pay their own tariffs, import duties, goods and services tax, value added tax (VAT) or other import sales tax.
Nude Bra FAQ
**For a fuller look, wear the nude bra at a higher position than your breasts. Nude bra is designed to be thinner on the lower portion of the cup so it can blend with your breast without showing its edges. Therefore, it is normal if nude bra does not cover your entire breasts.
